This tender is for the main Fife College Website only; www.fife.ac.uk. The business sites (business.fife.ac.uk and carnegieconferencecentre.co.uk) are currently hosted separately and fall out with the scope of this tender; however, seamless links should be provided between these sites and fife.ac.uk.
The budget set aside for this project is £50,000 (inc. VAT) which includes website design and build, content management system, testing, snagging and training.
An additional £5,000 is available for ongoing hosting, support and maintenance for 3 years + 2 x 1 year contract extension.
Constraints
• The site must be live by 1 November 2017. Contractors who are unable to meet this go live date, will not be taken into consideration;
• The maximum budget for this contract is £50,000. Any responses that are received which exceed this amount will not be taken into consideration. Any additional functionality must be included within the budget limitations.
• The solution offered must integrate with the College’s student information management system (REMS).

Additional Information

Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Fife College have asked bidders if they intend to subcontract and to list the subcontractors they propose to use.

ESPD Question reference 4B.1.1: Bidders will be required to have a minimum “general” yearly turnover of 65,000 GBP for the last 3 years.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5M GBP

Public Liability Insurance = 5M GBP

Professional Indemnity Insurance = 1M GBP
